2. Methods of Personal Information Collection

Direct input by users during registration and service use
Automatic generation during service use (device identifiers, service usage records, etc.)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Upon Account Deletion: Destroyed without delay
When retention is required by applicable laws: Retained for the period specified by relevant laws
- Contract or subscription withdrawal records under the Electronic Commerce Act: 5 years
- Consumer complaint or dispute resolution records: 3 years
